The long-standing tradition of our renowned Hoevefeesten continues this year. The Hoevefeesten will take place this year on Sunday, August 23. The combination of a succulent gastronomical buffet with dazzling live performances and a DJ makes the Hoevefeesten an event not to be missed by young and old alike.
Empty seats represent a significant loss for us: both in terms of unnecessary food waste and pure loss of revenue. Furthermore, we have to turn away new guests every week for our Sunday brunches. An early cancellation simply gives us a better chance of rebooking the table.
For Sunday gastronomic buffets (excluding special events and public holidays), you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before expected arrival; otherwise, €30 per missing guest will be charged.
For public holidays and special events, you will find the adjusted cancellation conditions on your reservation confirmation letter.
