Yes. Depending on the type of event, the number of guests, and the chosen package, Waerboom offers various exclusive options. During a non-binding consultation, we can determine together which room and package best align with your expectations.

Yes. There are 35 hotel rooms located on the estate, allowing you and your guests to stay overnight comfortably after a party or event without the need for travel.

Absolutely. Waerboom has a spacious private car park with room for approximately 400 vehicles. This ensures your guests can park easily close to the venue.

You can choose from various options such as a gastronomic buffet, walking dinner, reception, or a served banquet. The kitchen uses high-quality ingredients and will work with you to create a customized package. External catering is not permitted for your event.

Yes. Waerboom organizes monthly gastronomic buffets, brunches, dinner & dance evenings, and other events for which individuals, couples, families, companies, and smaller groups can register.

Certainly. Thanks to its flexible rooms, professional infrastructure, catering options, and central location near Brussels, Waerboom is a popular venue for seminars, conferences, staff parties, and teambuilding events.

Waerboom is located in Groot-Bijgaarden, near Brussels and a short distance from the Brussels Ring Road and the E40. Thanks to this central location, the venue is easily accessible from all over Belgium.

Every wedding is unique. Therefore, we always work with a customized quote, tailored to your wishes, the number of guests, the chosen package, and any extras. Request a non-binding quote, and we will be happy to provide a proposal tailored to your dream wedding.

Waerboom has several banquet halls for both intimate and large-scale events. We accommodate groups from approximately 30 seated guests up to 280 seated guests. For receptions, corporate events, and walking dinners, the Waerboomhof can accommodate events for up to 1,000 standing guests.

Yes. In fine weather, your wedding ceremony can take place outdoors in a charming and green setting on the Waerboom estate. Should you prefer an indoor location or if the weather does not permit an outdoor ceremony, we also have stylish indoor spaces where your ceremony can proceed in full comfort. This ensures a beautiful ceremony regardless of the circumstances.
