Our gourmet in-house cuisine is inspired by traditional French-Belgian haute cuisine. In addition, it is refined with the best of world cuisine and a modern touch. Quality dishes are conjured up one by one. Craftsmanship and top-quality products, including home-grown ingredients, lead to exquisite, high-end creations with attention to the natural flavor of the base product. You can taste the freshness!
Together with you, we create your menu. You will be inspired by numerous designs and sample menus. We pay attention to your taste, the seasons, and the budget, working together to achieve a perfect symbiosis.
In addition, Waerboom also features a fantastic wine cellar with several gems. We guide you through the decision-making process with a detailed tasting session, as this is the only way to select the perfect wine for your celebration.
